This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party services, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other sites. The hosting server may log technical data about visits (IP address, date and page) for a limited time for security reasons. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc.
The application
The application stores your results, settings and history only on your computer and sends no usage data to any server. When you activate your licence, it sends the key and a name identifying the computer to Lemon Squeezy, to check that the key is valid and to count activations.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, issues the invoice and applies taxes. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. I receive your name, email, country and order details from Lemon Squeezy and use them only to send you the key, deal with support requests and meet my tax obligations.
Legal basis and retention
These data are processed to perform the licence agreement and meet legal obligations. They are kept while the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax law.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contacto@epsoreasoning.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
